He is an Australian Legal Practitioner admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Federal Court and High Court of Australia, and is a Member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Ashley was admitted as a Notary Public by the Archbishop of Canterbury in 1994 and is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries and a Fellow of the Society of Notaries of Victoria.
